Organising The Event
The event typically has three phases:

Planning The Event
New Thought Leader spends a great deal of time planning and preparing for your event. As a minimum we would be communicating with the event sponsor on a regular basis prior to the meeting. Depending on the amount of resistance expected or the level of importance of the event New Thought Leader will arrange one-to-one meetings with key participants prior to the event to ensure a successful outcome. These meetings would of course be agreed in advance with the sponsor.

Running The Event
New Thought Leader will run all aspects of the event for you ensuring that all people, where possible, participate. We are results focused and will look to achieve the outcomes agreed by the sponsor and the participants.

Closing The Event
Once the event is complete New Thought Leader will take responsibility for the minutes and ensuring that all participants receive copies. We can also chase actions arising and any follow-up meetings that are required.
New Thought Leader plays an active part in all three phases and will provide a facilitator to you that will manage all aspects of the event with you.
